However, I doubt Bernanke and his buddies will take their foot off the gas pedal and they may even have severed the brake lines on the way up the hill.  While inflation may not be &quot;presenting itself&quot; right now, if we don&#039;t watch it, it will get out of control quickly.</description>

		<description>Interesting analogy, Robert. I have a different one. Right now we are in a car trying to make it up a steep hill, but the engine is stalling. We need to hit the gas in order to gain momentum or the engine will die and we will roll back down the hill and spend a long time in the unpleasant valley. If we do hit the gas there is a chance that we will go too fast and loose control, but if we ease off on the accelerator as we near the top, and put on the brakes as we start heading down the other side, we should remain in control. We are in a global recession now. At some point we will need to worry about inflation and rising interest rates. This isn&#039;t the time.</description>
